I have supervised interns & graduate students from The Psychotherapy Institute, Alliant University, JFK University, Wright Institute, UC Berkeley School of Social Work, California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco State, and others.
I have more than 30 years experience as a psychotherapist, working with individuals, couples, families and groups of all ages. My work is based on relationships‑‑both past and present‑‑and can be useful at any stage of life.
My interest in and study of multiculturalism includes not only an interest in working with people of various ethnicities, but extends to social class, gender identity and disability. I integrate a psychodynamic orientation with awareness of diversity.
My background in somatics, mindfulness meditation and activism enrich what I bring to the therapy process.
